Brand Design
Website Design

Making financial performance easier to understand and act on.
I joined re:cap early when a lot of things were still taking shape - product, brand and even how the team worked day to day. The idea was strong from the start: give tech and growth companies access to non-dilutive capital, along with AI-powered guidance on how to use it well.
In practice, this meant designing a product that could help teams understand their performance in real time, monitor whether they were on track, identify when capital could unlock the next stage of growth and connect forecasts back to actuals, budgets and long-term funding plans.
My role was to translate that complexity into a product experience people could understand and trust — not only through the interface, but through a clear, consistent story across every touchpoint.

Trustworthy AI for high-stakes financial decisions.
The collaboration spanned four core areas: the customer app, the operations app, the website and marketing materials. Across these, I led multiple product features end to end, e.g. complete onboarding, company benchmarking, fundability check, transaction tagging and many more, while fully owning the brand side as well as the website design and development. This meant constantly switching contexts, but it also allowed me to ensure everything felt connected - from the first touchpoint to the core product experience.
A key focus was bringing AI into the product in a meaningful and trustworthy way. I led the design of AI features like Pulse check, Capital AI Agents and Chat, weaving them into existing workflows so users could better understand their metrics and make smarter decisions about when and how to use capital.
In a financial context, trust is not optional. Users cannot simply follow recommendations blindly. They need to understand what is happening, why it matters and how a suggestion relates to their business. Designing these interactions meant carefully balancing intelligence with transparency making sure AI felt useful and grounded in each company’s actual financial data.

Over €100M in funding deployed, with thousands of companies using the product.
One of the biggest takeaways was what it really means to build a product that evolves alongside its users. We didn’t start with a fully formed platform - we built it step by step. What began as a focused offering of non-dilutive funding grew into benchmarking tools, then into a more complete financial analysis product, and ultimately into an AI-powered financial guide embedded directly into user workflows.
I was closely involved in shaping and shipping these products, helping turn complex financial data into something actionable and easy to understand. Over time, this evolution resulted in a product used by thousands of companies, with strong retention driven by real ongoing value.
The impact wasn’t just on the surface level. re:cap deployed over €100M in funding and analyzed more than €20BN in transaction volume, which meant the product had to consistently perform at a high level of accuracy, clarity and trust.
